If you had all your courses approved by your UQ school/faculty and you passed at the host university, then transferring your credit should be easy as 1, 2, 3...
One
After your final exams, your host university will send a copy of your official transcript to UQ Abroad.
Two
Your transcript and a copy of the Study Plan that you submitted as part of your original application will be sent to your UQ faculty.
Three
Your faculty will then transfer your credit and forward the transcript to you.
So all you need to do is:
- Keep a copy of any correspondence between you and your school/faculty regarding approval of courses.
- Keep copies of the syllabi, reading list and assessment (as well as any assignments and exams) for the courses you have taken.
Remember, these documents are important in transferring your credit (particularly for any course that was not pre-approved) so don’t throw them away!
If you have any more questions about transferring credit, please direct them to your faculty...
