Restricted Fields of Study:

All courses must be selected from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication except one.  One (3 credit) course can be selected from the College of Arts and Sciences.

All students studying at UNC are required to maintain adequate health coverage throughout the duration of their exchange. Information regarding the UNC Student Health Insurance Plan can be found here

 

Students may be eligible to waive the UNC Student Health Insurance Plan if they have sufficient coverage and meet UNC's minimum requirements for coverage. More information on how to obtain a waiver, will be given to you after you've been accepted to UNC. Please note that the waiver of the UNC Student Health Insurance Plan is not guaranteed and is subject to UNC's approval. If your current insurance does not meet UNC's minimum requirements for coverage you will be required to purchase UNC's Student Health Insurance Plan.
