1. Collect an application form from the resource room or at an information session.
2. Complete the form listing the exchange universities of your first and second preference.
3. Include the following documents with your application form:

Make sure you get your application in by:
- Last working day in May for Semester 1 of the following year
- Last working day in October for Semester 2 of the following year
