All international students coming to GSOM are offered an intensive module in Doing Business in Russia at the beginning of the semester.  Students will:
- attend series of lectures and presentations from academics and company representatives;
- participate in excursions to leading international companies; and
- form intercultural, cross-experiential groups in which they must develop a business plan for a business in Russia.

Dual Russian/Australian Citizens must contact the Russian Consular Section on (02) 6295 9474 to confirm whether they are allowed to study at GSOM as an exchange student through UQ Abroad.

Students may not receive the acceptance letter from GSOM until approximately two weeks before the commencement of the semester of exchange in Russia.
Students should therefore not purchase flights until the arrival date into Russia has been confirmed through UQ Abroad.
Please also ensure that all required visa documentation is prepared prior to the arrival of the acceptance letter so that you can submit it to the Russian Consulate in Sydney immediately once the acceptance letter has arrived.
