You're almost there! One important step before you go.....
mySI-net enrolment
Once you have been unconditionally approved for your exchange, you need to make sure you are enrolled in the correct codes on mySI-net. It should happen automatically, but it's your responsibility to ensure that it does happen by the due date or you will be charged a late fee. Contact us if you think there are problems.
These are the codes you must enrol in for your UQ Abroad period of study per semester:
- For Semester 1: EXCH1011, EXCH 1012, EXCH 1013, EXCH 1014
- For Semester 2: EXCH1021, EXCH 1022, EXCH 1023, EXCH 1024
Enrolment using this code automatically triggers a Student Contribution Amount for 8 units. This cannot be changed. Regardless of how many courses you take whilst on exchange, you will still be charged for 8 units at UQ.
