The Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) provides UQ students with a wide range of international opportunities which enable you to realise your aspirations, become a leader in your field and have a positive impact on society.

So make the most of your time at UQ and participate in all of the activities UQ has to offer – study overseas with UQ Abroad, apply for an internship, register for a volunteer placement, or participate in a short-term program overseas.

Global Experiences section

UQ Abroad

UQ’s student exchange program, UQ Abroad, provides students with an opportunity to study overseas for one or two semesters and earn credit towards their UQ degree.

Short term programs

UQ students have access to a range of additional language and short term study programs, and can seek financial assistance through the UQ Advantage Grant.

Internships

UQ Advantage Grant

The UQ Advantage Grant is an initiative which seeks to promote student mobility and to enhance student participation and involvement in curricular and related activities.

UQ Advantage Award

The UQ Advantage Award is a new program for undergraduate students that combines participation in a range of co-curricular activities across three core categories and access to a unique symposium series.
