Active participation involves:
- Getting everyone involved in a way that is productive and inclusive
- Creating the right atmosphere from the beginning is important, and it is important to ensure that students feel comfortable discussing their ideas with the group.
Participation by all the students – requires breaking larger groups up into groups of 5-8 for a least some of the time
