| Gabriella Constantinescu |
Ms. Gabriella Constantinescu graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology (Class I Honours) from the University of Queensland. Gabriella is currently a PhD candidate in the Division of Speech Pathology. Her research is in telerehabilitation applications for the
assessment and treatment of speech and voice disorders in Parkinson’s disease. Gabriella has worked clinically in both the paediatric and adult settings and her special interests include motor speech and voice disorders, hearing impairment and cochlear implantation, and cleft lip and palate disorders. Gabriella also volunteers with Operation Smile International, a not-for-profit organization that provides free reconstructive surgery and related healthcare to children and adults with cleft lip and palates in developing countries. In 2006, she travelled to Peru and Ethiopia with the Operation Smile teams.
