Refurbishment of Priestley/Building 69
Approval has been given to commence work on existing teaching spaces in the Priestley Building on Levels 1 and 3. This will see the transformation of seminar rooms to collaborative learning spaces co-located with informal learning space.
4 x collaborative teaching rooms will each contain collaborative tables of 6 with a capacity of 42. 2 rooms are located side by side on both levels 1 and 3.
Informal learning settings will include communal study areas, a group study room for more focused learning, and individual learning zones.
Building 69 Level 3 will see current staff offices converted into 4 x computer technology teaching spaces that will mimic the iLC's recently created on level 2.
These works will be completed over the summer period in time for Semester 1 2019.
