Professor John Hudzik

According to John Hudzik, comprehensive internationalisation is an organising paradigm for understanding and acting on the internationalisation of education in the early twenty-first century. It involves a widening set of objectives and people within and beyond one’s own institution.

In this seminar, Professor Hudzik will outline the rationale and goals for comprehensively internationalising educational institutions, and discuss a number of related issues including:

  • institutional scope and scale of comprehensive internationalisation,
  • the prerequisites for its successful implementation,
  • and associated issues, barriers, and challenges.
