SWAHS School Research Symposium 2011
The School of Social Work and Human Services is holding a research symposium on Tuesday 12 July, 2011 - Research driving change in policy and practice.
Professor Gillian Parker, Social Policy Research Unit, University of York, United Kingdom, will pesent the opening address.
There will be papers on a range of themes including:
* Child, youth and family
* Community development
* Social policy
* Health and aged care
* Social work and human services policy and practice
Afternoon workshops will be held on the topics of conducting systematic reviews, writing for publication and participatory action research.
