UQ’s Study Abroad & Exchange Office assesses whether applications meet admission criteria for entry to a University of Queensland program.
Complete documentary evidence must be submitted with the application form. The Executive Dean of the faculty or a delegate may decide whether or not an applicant is to be admitted. Please refer to the application process flowchart.
Notification of decision
Applicants to the Study Abroad or Student Exchange programs are normally notified of the application status within two to three weeks after their application is received by the Study Abroad & Exchange Office. Successful applicants will receive by email a letter of offer of admission to the University as a Study Abroad or Exchange student on a non-degree “visiting student” basis.
Application status
To enquire about application status, students should contact us via the Study Abroad and Exchange Enquires form with their full name, date of birth and UQ Student ID.
