Become a global negotiator with the new Bachelor of International Studies, offered for the first time in 2010. The three year (full-time equivalent) program offers students an interdisciplinary core of courses which provide grounding in the cultural and communicative aspects of globalisation and the world system.
Each student is also required to complete a major in a language other than English and a major from a discipline-based area of study. Some of the discipline areas include: International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, Asian Studies, Economics and History. Yr 12 students interested in studying a Bachelor of International Studies should apply through QTAC.
