Alfred & Olivea Wynne Memorial Scholarship

These scholarships were established in 1972 by a bequest from Mr and Mrs A.P. Wynne. The scholarships are to assist Maryborough district students who can demonstrate financial need. Academic merit will also be considered. Scholarships will be awarded to new and continuing students in the following categories and order of preference:

• Full-time undergraduate students
• Part-time internal undergraduate students
• Postgraduate internal students

Applicants must be residents of the Maryborough District or have appropriate family connections with that area within a timeframe of not more than 5 years prior to the year of the award. Applicants cannot be in receipt of other scholarships/bursaries valued at more than $8,000.

Value: varies on an annual basis depending on available funds and number of applicants (Value was $3,167 in 2011)
