Queensland Freemasons' Scholarships
Three scholarships are offered each year to full-time students enrolled in the fourth or subsequent year of their current undergraduate program. Preference will be given to fourth year applicants. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of highest cumulative GPA in the current program.
The scholarships are awarded in the following order of preference -
(a) freemasons, and sons and daughters of freemasons of the United Grand Lodge of Qld (UGLQ);
(b) grandchildren of freemasons, of the UGLQ;
(c) sons, daughters or grandchildren of a person (living or deceased), once considered a freemason of the UGLQ;
(d) applicants other than applicants of the kind referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c).
A student may receive an award on more than one occasion.
Value: $1,000 for each scholarship, for one year
