Fees for Australian students
Australian students (including Australian citizens or permanent residents and New Zealand citizens) are currently exempt from paying tuition fees for Doctor of Letters (DLitt) studies.

Why study the Doctor of Letters?
The highest academic award in humanities, the DLitt, should not be confused with a PhD. This award is designed to give formal public recognition to eminent scholars who have made substantial, original and distinguished contributions to knowledge in the humanities. Eligibility for the award is on the basis of published scholarly work judged by national and international peers to indicate the candidate's authoritative standing in the field of humanities and achievements in the advancement of knowledge. All applications must be accompanied by a recommendation from the Head of the relevant school together with a commitment that the school will meet associated costs.

To complete the Doctor of Letters
