What you can do with a Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Studies

Careers

Graduates find employment as: agricultural advisors, environmental consultants, agricultural researchers (early career, environmental consultants, horticultural specialists, plant breeders, tropical pasture and crop agronomists, and rangeland managers.

Professional memberships

Graduates may be eligible for membership with the following professional bodies:

To complete the Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Studies, a student must complete a requisite number of courses chosen from the course list and according to the Rules for the program.

Students should be aware of the University of Queensland rules, particularly the General Award Rules, which govern the conduct of UQ programs. Students will find a link to the General Award Rules, and other University rules, on the University Rules page.
