Why study Tropical Animal Health and Production?

This field is designed to further develop students knowledge and understanding of the principles of applied and molecular generics and animal breeding and health relevant to the livestock industries and scientific, technological, managerial, economic and sociological principles associated with the production of tropical animals which may include buffaloes, draft animals, crocodiles, farmed fish and crustacean species.
