Why study Tourism Management?

Tourism is one of the most important industries in Australia. This major examines tourism operation, destination marketing and policy. You will learn about sustainability, ecotourism, visitor behaviour, and the physical, social and economic impacts of tourism. Current and future trends and issues for the industry, including niche markets, are discussed and you will deepen your understanding using case studies of real destinations and tourism businesses.
