Why study Organisational Communication?

People working in public, private, or not-for-profit organisations must communicate effectively with a wide range of staff, customers, stakeholders and various interest groups. To achieve this, they need to choose from a range of communication channels and strategies. Irrespective of background, this program develops professional skills required by communicators and communication managers through in-depth examination and application of the theory and practice of effective organisational communication.
