Why study Child, Youth and Family?

Students will gain advanced knowledge and skills in social work practice with children, youth and families. Courses offered in family therapy practices and child, youth and family specific counselling skills will build students' appreciation of the diverse contexts of child and family intervention and will equip them for advanced professional practice in child protection and therapeutic service interventions. Students will have options to study advanced assessment and intervention frameworks in both protective and therapeutic interventions.
