“I chose to study at UQ because of the marine life, Great Barrier Reef, good weather, nice people, and the fact that I have a few friends here from my country," she said.

"UQ is a very well-known university and having a degree gives me more chances of a good job in the future.

"People at UQ are very friendly and willing to meet people from other countries with different cultures.

"Life is very active – I use the UQ Sport facilities to do Jiu Jitsu and kick-boxing where I meet people with the same interests.

"The beach is what I enjoy most about living in Australia and people are very social.  It’s impossible to be bored here.”
