Students planning to go on to higher research (e.g. Master of Philosophy, PhD), are usually required to complete a bachelor program with honours. To qualify for honours, students must achieve high enough results in their bachelor degree.
Honours can be completed:
- as part of an 'honours year' which is available for application by qualified students who have completed a three-year bachelor degree program. View a list of these honours programs.
- or as an 'on course honours', usually found in four or five year programs.
