Domestic applicants for undergraduate programs
UQ has two intakes per year for admission to undergraduate degree programs: the major intake at the beginning of the year for programs commencing in first semester, and a mid-year intake for admission to a select number of programs commencing in second semester.
Applications for admission to undergraduate degree programs are made through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).
Domestic applicants apply for Commonwealth supported places and may also be eligible for financial assistance through Centrelink.
To gain entry to a program, an applicant must satisfy the entry requirements.
