Course description
An introduction to a range of written and oral professional communication skills, including the importance of the human-animal bond, research applications of legislation relevant to the animal industries; examination & evaluation of ethical standards. Evaluation of industry & professional organisations & their roles.Management of the day to day operations of a business focusing on policies and procedures, organizational structure, and recruitment processes. Career preparation and planning will also be included.
