Students who require this course for their current program should enrol in HLTH7308.
This course introduces research as a core practice skill that is important in generating, evaluating and using knowledge in social work and human services practice. Teaching modules concentrate on the social, political, cultural and ethical context in which research knowledge is generated and used, key research principles and approaches, and skills in designing research and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
