Course description

This course covers the method of least squares; regression models and related statistical inference; flexible nonparametic regression; analysis of variance and covariance; multiple regression with matrix algebra; model construction, checking and diagnostics; baseline values; variance components and random effects. This course is part of the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia.
