Course description
Introduction to linguistics for applied linguists. Basic concepts in phonetics, phonology, morphology, and syntax, plus language acquisition, processing, and use, with emphasis on real-world data from a wide variety of world languages. This course may be cancelled if there are fewer than 20 enrolments.
