Course description

This course provides students with specialist knowledge and skills for intervention in the provision of time limited approaches in psychotherapy practice. The course focus is on the acquisition of knowledge and skills to provide evidence based brief psychotherapeutic interventions to suitable clients. Training is provided in interventions such as cognitive behaviour therapy and brief psychodynamic therapy.
