Course description
This course examines the theory underlying counselling children and young people and a range of therapeutic strategies and approaches for counsellors working with children and young people in various settings and confronting various issues. It considers the issue of evidence-based practice, and provides experience in the application of interventions and treatment based on formal diagnosis.
