Course description

The aim of this course is to overview the theory and practice of organisational change. Particular attention will be paid to psychological concepts that facilitate an understanding of organisational change at three levels of analysis (ie the individual, the group and the organisation). And then the course will address issues that arise at different stages of the change management process.
