Course description

This course prepares students to undertake full time professional practice placements by building knowledge and skills in areas such as professional behaviour and communication with clients and practice educators, self-management, setting personal learning goals, developing documentation skills, teamwork and cultural responsiveness. A fieldwork component in a child and youth context is included to allow practice of these skills in real clinical situations.
