Course description

As the largest economy in the world, the corporate law of the United States has an impact far beyond the US. US corporate law scholarship has also been extremely influential in shaping the laws of other jurisdictions, including Australia. This course will explore the major parts of United States corporate law, including the law relating to the formation and governance of companies.
