Course description
This course is a critical examination and analysis of the law, practice and policy context of environmental law and sustainable development at State and Federal levels. This course seeks to develop students' knowledge of major environmental laws and awareness of the key principles which underpin them, including the concept of sustainable development, as well as the ability to apply these laws and principles to practical contexts.
