Course description
This course seeks to identify the factors that cause civil litigation to be complex and what tools are available to the parties and the courts to efficiently manage complex civil litigation. In doing so, the course will consider case flow management, the use of computers and other IT in litigation, disclosure and other pre-trial issues, as well as some aspects of class actions.
