Course description
This course examines the use of contract for various public purposes. It will analyse the legal issues that are peculiar to government contracting. These issues frequently are at the intersection of public and private law. It is a theme of the course to examine the tension between these two broad streams of law. The course is designed to meet the needs of practising lawyers and of public and private sector managers who have had experience in the field of government contracting.
