Course description
This course examines, at an intermediate level, the law regulating the protection of the marine environment in Australian waters. Relevant international conventions will be considered, with a particular emphasis on marine pollution from ships. The course seeks to develop students' knowledge of this area and their ability to solve complex legal problems through critical analysis and research writings.
