Course description

Examination of the law regulating work and labour relations under the 'Work Choices' federal system. Covers common law, contractual and constitutional issues, and regulation of dismissal, bargaining, AWAs, freedom of association, unions and industrial action. Not a course in equal opportunity/discrimination or occupational health and safety law.
