Course description
This course continues the study of state & federal constitutional law introduced in LAWS1115 Principles of Public Law. The course will examine the constitutional relationship between the States & the Commonwealth, the subjects of Commonwealth legislative power, constitutional rights & freedoms, government finance, free trade & the amendment of the State and Commonwealth Constitutions.
