Sustainable business practices are concerned with the actions businesses can take to promote positive environmental, social and good governance outcomes. These practices include managing inputs such as energy and water and outputs such as waste and carbon emissions. They also involve concepts of lean supply chain management, life cycle analysis methods and principles of circular economy. In addition to such operational issues, sustainable business practices also involves sustainable design and inclusive approaches to stakeholder engagement.
