Course description

[2013 course offering is subject to final approval.] [Taught by intensive mode over a 2 week period with assessment following after this.] The aim of this module is to: Understand the geological environment responsible for hydrocarbon formation, migration and storage. Identify the main characteristics of hydrocarbon-bearing formations. Estimate the volume of such reservoirs.
