Course description

This course introduces innovation as a capability to create and sustain an innovation culture. An innovation capability helps startups to retain their creative approaches to emerging opportunities, SME's looking to scale their innovation processes and larger organisations that lack or seek to consolidate a systematic innovation capability. Students learn how to identify, build and lead innovation capabilities and apply this knowledge in problem-solving teams in live settings.
