Course description
Career counselling is a specialised form of counselling that assists individuals with career decision making and career transition. It is an interpersonal process that may be conducted with individuals or small groups. Built on a foundation of personal counselling skills, career counselling assists clients to explore their career concerns in the context of their lives. Increasing value is being placed on narrative and storied approaches to career counselling and their capacity to assist clients to story and construct and satisfying futures. This course may not be offered internally if the enrolment is less than 10 students.
