Information for current students
To complete a program :To complete follow the rules to Bachelor of Arts, a student must complete a requisite number of courses chosen from the Program list and according to the Rules for the program. Links to these are listed below.
Students should also be aware of other University of Queensland rules, particularly the General Award Rules, which govern the conduct of UQ programs.
Students will find a link to the General Award Rules, and other University rules, on the University Rules page
- #32 from Part A of the BA List including -
two single majors or one double major; and
at least #20 at advanced level - No more than #6 may be included for courses in which the student has received a grade of 3.
Students are also requested to note the following policies:
- A course can only count towards ONE major.
- A student must include at least #8 from Part A of the BA List in the first #16 of enrolment.
- A student in the Bachelor of Arts may not enrol on a cross-institutional basis prior to the completion of #16 in the program.
