Tertiary preparation workshops are conducted by the Learning Assistance Unit, Student Services for students beginning their undergraduate prohttps://www.surveymonkey.com/s/jsapp_s2_2011grams and for international students. These courses are free to students of The University of Queensland.

Preparing for Success at University  - This half-day preparation course will assist you to develop the necessary skills and strategies needed to succeed at Uni. Topics covered include study and time management, reading and note-making, study techniques, and making the most out of your lectures and tutorials.  Steele Building 3, Room 206 Registration closed

Tertiary Writing Course  - This is a half-day interactive course aimed to help all new undergraduate students understand academic writing expectations at UQ. It focuses on what it means to be a critical reader, thinker and writer.
