Multi-Faith Chaplaincy

The UQ Multi-faith Chaplaincy is an inclusive and welcoming space for students, staff and community to share faith, traditions and spiritual practices with respect for each person’s spiritual journey and chosen faith. We have a number of chaplains on staff who provide pastoral care, support, spiritual conversations, learning and events.

    The Multi-Faith Chaplaincy is located on the St Lucia campus in Building 38 between the Institute of Social Sciences and the UQ Gym. The Multi-Faith Chaplaincy has a prayer space that can accommodate 300 people; audio/visual presentation equipment, offices, two generous meeting rooms, a purpose-built meditation room and a non-denominational chapel.
    To book a room in the MFC from your staff or student outlook account you should:
    1. create a calendar appointment,
    2. name the appointment and
    3. invite attendees, including the room.
