What is Mindfulness Yoga?
Mindfulness yoga is a powerful tool that will help you to slow down and think clearly when you're feeling overwhelmed, impulsive or emotional. It is an ancient contemplative practice that can help you develop better control over attention and a feeling of calm presence in your busy life.
Is this for me?
Let’s face it - uni life can be good, bad, and ugly. The on-going stress and high pressure to succeed has its consequences if not handled with care. Mindfulness yoga is a practice to soothe the nervous system to get the brain back on track and keep it there.
How will I benefit?
Do you find it hard to switch off your restless mind? Are you easily distracted and find it difficult to concentrate on one thing? Is it hard to power down and sleep at night? If you want to learn how to hit the pause button on your brain and be more present in your life, then this program is for you.
Go with the Flow
This group program integrates the practices of yoga with mindfulness meditation techniques to support greater resilience to stress and improve well-being. The program includes mindful movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to train attention in present-moment awareness, to cultivate calm, and to support a self-care routine. Beginners are welcome.

Attend an intro session
If you are new, join an introductory session to learn and practice Mindfulness Yoga before you hit the ongoing sessions.
You only need to attend one intro session.
Go with the flow
Attend as many ongoing practice sessions as you would like!
There is no need to book.

Bookings are not required, and students who are registered can attend any of the sessions below.
