About the program
Art-based therapy groups offer you an opportunity to release your emotions through art, without needing to rely on words. Expression through art can bring you closer to your inner experiences, and develop your self-understanding. During the session you will be introduced to other group members, have an hour of artistic expression and then a follow up conversation will occur after art is created. It will be up to you whether you talk about your work or not. The groups run over four weeks and each sessions is 2 hours long. Come along to meet other students interested in working through university and life stresses. You are welcome to attend as many as you like.
No artistic skill required and all materials will be provided.
