Time - group work

  • Always analyse the task at hand by deciding exactly, in a step-by-step way, what needs to be done.
  • Assign people to different parts of the task and also assign time frames so that by the next meeting, people can bring back and report on what they have done.
  • Use a planner to outline what each person will do towards completing the task - each week or each day, leading up to task completion.
