Services to assist employers are currently under review for 2012. An email mail-out service is currently available to target specific groups of UQ students to ensure maximum coverage about employment opportunities. Upon request we are able to provide at no cost the approximate penultimate and final year students numbers per faculty. Email out services including research and administration are currently available for employers as a fee for service.

UQ Mail Out Fees (inc GST)
Administration & Coordination $110.00
This is a flat fee charged once for each total service regardless of the number of programs. It is payable for all mail out methods.
No attachments are allowed with the email mail-outs. The email needs to be sent in the exact format, including subject line, of how you would like it forwarded to students. You are welcome to use html in the email or send a word attachment to be cut and pasted into the email.
Disclaimer - must be included with the mail-out. Three examples of appropriate disclaimers are shown below. The first two disclaimers can be used for the direct mail-out while the third disclaimer is for an email mail-out.
- This correspondence has been addressed and forwarded by The University of Queensland on behalf of XYZ Company and no personal information about any student has been released by the University.
- This correspondence has been addressed and forwarded by your University's careers service and no personal information about any student has been released by the University
- This email has been forwarded by The University of Queensland and no personal information about any student has been released by the University
Payment & authorisation - an invoice will be sent to the nominated person and address specified in the authorisation form which needs to be filled in before the mail-out can be done. It is important that this form is signed and faxed.
